Itchy Scalp? Must Be Psoriasis


Scalp psoriasis is a skin disorder that is commonly associated by reddish and often scaly patches. It can start as a single patch,several, or even you entire scalp. There are instances of spreading to your forehead, behind the ears, and at the back of the neck. 

Scalp psoriasis is not infectious. Doctors believe that something is wrong with your immune system that causes the skin to grow rapidly, thus forming red patches. Scalp skin disease are often gentle and nearly unnoticeable. However it may be severe, last a protracted time, and cause thick, crustlike sores. Intense cutaneous sensation will have an effect on your sleep and standard of living, and scratching lots will result in skin infections and hair loss.
